ARTICLE 5 - Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed within 7 to 10 working days, then they are sent by colissimo with delivery against signature or by colissimo relay point.

Please check your order and your postal address before confirming the order.

Grace et Rose cannot be held responsible for delays, damages and losses due to the carrier.
We are not responsible for responsible for the disappearance of packages after official delivery of your Colissimo. No refund will be made in this case. Once your package has been received, our responsibility is no longer engaged.

ARTICLE 6 - Returns and exchanges

In accordance with article L.121-20 and following of the Consumer Code, you have 14 working days from the date of delivery of your order, to return any item that does not suit you , in its original and new packaging, suitable for its remarketing and request an exchange at no cost, with the exception of return costs.
Custom-made models are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
Customized models (with a hallmark), are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
Prototypes are not are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
Returns and exchanges are not possible for the earrings.

The return must be sent with a tracking number in order to follow the traceability of the package. Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer
