ARTICLE 1 - Grace and Rose

Grace et Rose is a self-employed company registered in the Trade and Companies Register.

ARTICLE 2 - Articles and product availability

All creations are made to order and handcrafted in France.
In case of unavailability of a product after validation of your order, we undertake to contact you within 7 days and to let you know if this product will be available soon or definitively out of stock. In this case, the refund will be made with the same method of payment as your order.
After placing an order, Grace et Rose will acknowledge receipt by sending you an Order Confirmation Email including the summary of your order as well as his number.

ARTICLE 3 - Order

Grace et Rose reserves the right not to validate your order for any legitimate reason, in particular in the event that:
- It does not comply with these T & Cs,
- One of your previous orders would not have been fully paid when due,
- A dispute relating to the payment of one of your previous orders would be being processed,
- Several serious and concordant elements would raise a suspicion of fraud on your order.
These emails are sent to the email address specified in your order

ARTICLE 4 - Terms of payment

The payment of an order is made in euros by credit card via Paypal or Stripe.
When placing your order, You do not have to create a customer area, the information filled in during the validation of your order, will be those retained for sending your package.

ARTICLE 5 - Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed within 7 to 10 working days, then they are sent by colissimo with delivery against signature or by colissimo relay point.

Please check your order and your postal address before confirming the order.

Grace et Rose cannot be held responsible for delays, degradations and losses due to the carrier.
We are not responsible for the disappearance of packages after official delivery of your colissimo. No refund will be made in this case. Once your package has been received, our responsibility is no longer engaged.

ARTICLE 6 - Returns and exchanges

In accordance with article L.121-20 and following of the Consumer Code, you have 14 working days from the date of delivery of your order, to return any item that does not suit you , in its original and new packaging, suitable for its remarketing and request an exchange at no cost, with the exception of return costs.
Custom-made models are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
Personalized models (with a hallmark), are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
Prototypes cannot are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
Returns and exchanges are not possible for the earrings.

The return must be sent with a tracking number in order to follow the traceability of the package.Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer
